Oceans
circled in, vacuumed, lost
in this tangleness
clouds, cravings, chatter, vines
let me know when you arrive
i am everywhere
in this fence, i stand and
from my palms slip the odds and ends
i flow with it, i drop with them
all logic abandoned,
i break out and jump deep
on the surface a splash of spontaneous
and beneath,
a watery expanse
who knew i could breathe here
who knew i could assume a space
a space of liberty, where
let me know when you arrive
in a somewhere a horizon doesn’t exist.
