The Echoes on Gratitude
THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE AND MOMENT TO UNIFY CLOSING AND OPENING CHAPTERS THAN IN THE EMBODIMENT OF ACCEPTANCE AND APPRECIATION.
The new year brings in winds to flip our pages anew. Are we leaning on the side of being anxious? Or are we hopeful? Do we contemplate years that passed by asking ourselves, “What have we not done?” Or do we choose to speak, “What have we achieved?” Yes, say it. You have come this far. It’s about time (as it is always the right time) to give thanks to all the living and non-living things that supported you to travel and arrive all the way here, wherever you are.
THIS YEAR, THE ECHOES AND THE LOCAL EDITION COFFEE AND TEA COLLABORATE ONCE AGAIN AND INVITE YOU TO SHARE THIS SPACE OF GRATITUDE AND WIDEN IT EVEN MORE TO ENDOW ENDINGS WITH HONOR AND BOOST BEGINNINGS.
26th of January, friends and strangers-turned-friends showed up to feast on poetry & photography by The Echoes. We were held together by conversing openly, listening attentively, and declaring our gratitude to all that we have and we don’t have, to all that is visible and invisible.
Thank you for your loving presence. <3
